I've been invited to Google+ and have been getting many emails and tweets asking me to invite them. With all the Android phones out there it's hard to stand out from the crowd. Tag Heuer have come out with a new Android phone that will definitely make you stand out....at a cost of €4700.

Why can't all hard drives be as good looking as this? Most hard drives these days are made out of crappy cheap feeling plastic and are just there to do the job. Well style concious people like me prefer everything to look good. LaCie have come out with a new hard drive which is designed by the people behind Porsche, yes the car manufacturer. Made from solid aluminium which has a brushed look, it features a USB 3.0 port and comes in sizes of 1TB for $119.99 and 2TB for $159.99. Yes there are cheaper options out there but I don't think they will be as good looking.

It's amazing how technology evolves and develops but there will always be gaps in every system, it is a matter of finding them. The video says that the rumour is Isreal and the US are behind Stuxnet, I personally think these rumours are true. Iran and US are definitely not friends so who knows what is going on behind the scenes.

The developers behind have just released CyanogenMod v7.1.0 for testing. Remember this is for testing so it may have bugs, they say it is fairly stable for daily use but remember to always do a backup of your current ROM just incase. The main update is from Android 2.3.3 to 2.3.4. They are now supporting more devices, such as, the LG Optimus 2X and the HTC Incredible S.

Now this is what Android is all about. MIUI have compiled a great video showing various MIUI lockscreen themes you can have and boy don't they look amazing. What now Apple, WHAT!?

Cut The Rope, the very popular game from iOS has come to Android!

A little thing which Google have added to the web version of the Android market is a rating chart. It shows a better breakdown of the rating of any app and how many ratings it got out of the 5 stars you can choose when rating an app. It also shows the total ratings and what the average rating is. It may be a small thing but it makes the web version of the Android that little bit better.

GU5TAF   has made two gorgeous mClock themes from old MIUI image files. If you're into theming your Android device like I am this may be a theme which you will like.

AppYet is a service which enables you to make an Android app from your favourite websites.

With the recent leak on a N9 look-alike running Windows Phone 7, have Nokia also been trying Android on their devices?

With HTC doing a u-turn with the Gingerbread update for the HTC Desire it looks as though they have decided to ditch HTC Sense in the Gingerbread update to make room for it. HTC decided that the HTC Desire will not have enough space for the Gingerbread update, the next day they changed their mind and said Gingerbread will be coming but things will be removed from the update, guess they have decided to remove their whole signature UI to keep the consumers happy. There was one comment which kind of summed up what most others will be thinking: So many incredibly bad decisions have been made by Nokia marketing and management lately. Focusing on Symbian for all that time was bad enough, but then making deal with MS and switching to WP, completely ignoring the potential for Maemo and the power of Android, christ. Nokia hardware and design is top notch, I just hope one day they'll choose the right software... Says it all really.

Archos have come out with some very competitive Android tablets here which will add to the ever growing collection of Android tablets.

From the infographic you can see that Tweetdeck uses the least amount of data out of the 4 main Twitter apps for iPhone. I'm not sure how it is on the Android side but I'm sure it is no different. Hopefully now that Twitter have bought Tweetdeck, Twitter will be able to put the London based company to good use and improve their own app.
