Official PS3 Wireless 7.1 Surround Sound Headset

Official Wireless Stereo Headset for PS3

Sony have at last decided to make an official wireless headset for the PlayStation 3. And boy doesn't it look stunning. It features 7.1 virtual surround sound and uses a USB dongle to work which I don't understand, surely you would use Bluetooth right? I'm thinking it must be because the Bluetooth connection cannot handle all the data. It's expected to be released in September.
