If you're looking for a service that enables you to access your files anywhere where internet access is available, Dropbox is the way forward.

You can sign up here for FREE and receive 2GB with 250MB on top for free - http://db.tt/TEd5zqN

What is Dropbox?
- Dropbox is a service which allows you to sync your files online and across your computers and mobile phones.
- You get 2GB of online storage for free when you sign up, with up to 100GB if you are willing to pay for more space.
- You can sync between, Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iPhone, iPad and Blackberry.

Why you should use Dropbox?
- You can access your files wherever internet connection is available.
- You can use Dropbox to upload photos so you can easily share them with family and friends. They can access them wherever if they have a link to your Dropbox gallery.
- You can use it to host files so people can download anything from your Dropbox, providing they have a link to the file. I do not suggest doing this on a mass scale because Dropbox may send you an email saying you're using too much bandwidth and will ask you to upgrade, so be aware.
- A great feature of Dropbox is the ability to share a folder with anyone. You can create a separate folder in Dropbox and be able to share it with anyone, so when you add a new file to the folder it will also update in their Dropbox. This enables them to access the file quickly without having to go through the hassle of sending them a download link. I have found this amazingly useful when I work with other designers and developers and we need to share images, codes and other stuff quickly.

If you're a student like me, I need to be able to access my work easily and quickly. So I have Dropbox installed on my Android phone and my iPad. I can then send finished assignments to teachers when needed and look at assignment guidelines quickly. With my iPad I can edit and create new documents so I can do assignments right on my iPad without needing to carry around my laptop. I can also do the same on my Android phone, but doing an assignment on a 3.7" screen I don't think is ideal.

I really do recommend you sign up for Dropbox while it stays free because I'm sure they will stop giving free accounts soon, so sign up here - http://db.tt/TEd5zqN

If you have any questions please do not be afraid to ask. Also if you use Dropbox in a way which I have not mentioned please do leave it in the comments and I will add it to the post.
